Portarlington Housing Development

Ardent are engaged to deliver an 11 house development in Portarlington. Working closely with the developer and their real estate advisors we have produced 11 individual designs so as to provide variation to the market in size, shape and amenity.

The slope and position of the block gave the opportunity for each house to be designed with panoramic ocean views.
